Toy Suggestions for Christmas Gifts

Christmas is a great time to spend with family and friends. Buying gifts for those who are close to you can be a really fun event or the most stressful part of the year depending on your perspective. Kids love Christmas time. Getting all those new toys. Parents are a bit less excited as they need to figure out where to put all those new toys. So here are a few suggestions for your toy buying to help keep both the parents and kids happy Christmas morning. 1. Buy age appropriate gifts.
If the child is 5 and the gift says age 8 then don't buy it. Normally those toys have too many pieces for a five year old attention span or will break easily. 2. Buy toys that stay together naturally.
Pieces from toy sets can be easily spread out at a Christmas get together only to be lost in the wrapping paper clean up. Toys that come with less pieces or their own containers are a great gifts for bigger Christmas gatherings. 3. Buy a toy that promotes creativity.
Children naturally imagine, dream, and play. Sadly, with all the electronics available today kids are playing less. Buy a gift that gives the kids a chance to 'unplug' and play. |
